Registration Guidelines

Principal of the private school shall submit online application on eBiz Punjab website “https://ebiz.punjab.gov.pk/” with following documents:-

  1. KML(Keyhole Markup Language) File
  2. Approved  Map of the School Building
  3. Rent Deed / Ownership Deed
  4. Printed Prospectus and Admission Form
  5. Teacher appointment orders and their Testimonials
  6. Building Fitness Certificate from Registered Engineer or Registered Architect
  7. School Hygienic Condition Certificate  from DHO, Health Department
  8. Rules and Regulation of Institution
  9. Copy of Constitution Memorandum, Article of Association/ Trust Deed/ rules and by-law of such body (if any)
  10. Fee Structure
  11. Statement of Members  / Partners/ Director/ Trustees (if any)
  12. Class wise Enrollment
  13. Details of Assets
  14. Detail of Science Lab (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) (If any)
  15. Detail of Computer Lab (If any)
  16. Detail of Library

Online fee payment via PSID through online banking (Government of Punjab payment or 1Bill Link) as per the following fee structure:
