Principal of the private school shall submit online application on eBiz Punjab website “https://ebiz.punjab.gov.pk/” with following documents:-
- KML(Keyhole Markup Language) File
- Approved Map of the School Building
- Rent Deed / Ownership Deed
- Printed Prospectus and Admission Form
- Teacher appointment orders and their Testimonials
- Building Fitness Certificate from Registered Engineer or Registered Architect
- School Hygienic Condition Certificate from DHO, Health Department
- Rules and Regulation of Institution
- Copy of Constitution Memorandum, Article of Association/ Trust Deed/ rules and by-law of such body (if any)
- Fee Structure
- Statement of Members / Partners/ Director/ Trustees (if any)
- Class wise Enrollment
- Details of Assets
- Detail of Science Lab (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) (If any)
- Detail of Computer Lab (If any)
- Detail of Library
Online fee payment via PSID through online banking (Government of Punjab payment or 1Bill Link) as per the following fee structure:
