A three-day (03) training session was organized by the Special Education Department (SpED) on the topic “Psychological Services for Social Welfare Department '' in the In-Service Training Institute for Teachers of the Blind, Lahore. Social Welfare Officers and Psychologists from Social Welfare Department Punjab attended the training. Speakers from Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital, M.A.O College Lahore and SpED Dept. gave lectures on relevant topics to strengthen the psychological skills (assessment/psychotherapy) of the participants and to enable them to effectively deal with patients/clients on the field.
