The focus was on enhancing administrative skills using "Leadership Standards." The Secretary of Special Education Ms. Saima Saeed stressed the importance of implementing these standards for positive reforms in institutions. The Director General of Special Education and Deputy Director (Curriculum) also attended. Ms. Nighat Asjad from British Council Lahore led the workshop, providing practical insights.
