A consultative session was conducted today on 16.07.2026 by Dr. Khaula Munawar Minhas, Deputy Director Curriculum, on _"Curriculum Adaptation for Classes 9th & 10th for Students with Hearing Impairment."
Twenty two expert Special Education Teachers of Classes 9th & 10th from the HI field, along with school heads from across Punjab, attended and actively participated in the discussion.
The session was concluded by the Director Academics with the consensus that, before initiating curriculum adaptation at the secondary level, pilot implementation of the primary and middle level curriculum should be ensured. This will help identify and address gaps prior to moving to the higher level. The house further endorsed that synchronization of curriculum across all three educational levels is essential.
