A training session on the e-FOAS (Electronic File & Office Automation System), a Government of the Punjab initiative to promote paperless governance, was conducted by Mr. Hassaan Ejaz, Assistant Programme Officer, PITB, at the Special Education Department Secretariat for all District Education Officers (DEOs).
The session focused on building the capacity of participants in the effective use of e-FOAS, enabling them to manage official correspondence and files through a secure digital platform. The initiative aims to strengthen e-governance by ensuring efficient file management, enhancing transparency and accountability, reducing reliance on paper-based processes, and improving the overall efficiency of administrative operations across the Special Education Department.
