Secretary Special Education Department, Ms. Saima Saeed graced the occasion of 4th Promotion Linked Training of teachers from BS-17 to BS-18 on 27-12-2024. While addressing the participants, the Secretary Special Education emphasized the importance of making every possible effort to improve the quality of education provided to children with special needs. Priority must be given to these children in schools, focusing on their rehabilitation and access to professional services.
