In-Service Training

Teachers of Special Education need to be trained, so that they can effectively handle the children with disabilities and make them confident, self-reliant and useful members of the society. Government In-Service Training College, for the Teachers of Disabled Children, Lahore has been doing this job effectively since 1988. The college is imparting training to the staff (teaching & non-teaching) of special education, which includes:

  • Teachers of five categories of children with special needs (i.e. hearing impairment, visual impairment, physical disabilities, mental challenge & slow learners).

Objectives of Training

  • To provide training to the teaching & non-teaching staff of special education for the enhancement of knowledge and professional skills
